Justement, j'ai crée ce topic avant de faire quelque chose de concret, histoire d'être sûr de pas me planter, et de pas embêter une entreprise alors que je suis en tord.
Concernant la bibliothèque Jpeg, je suis allé chercher l'archive ici http://www.ijg.org/files/jpegsrc.v6b.tar.gz, dans le readme je trouve ceci :

Donc déjà il y a problème à ce niveau là, puisque je ne trouve nulle part(site, doc, programme) la mention requise. L'utilisation commerciale n'est pas le problème, elle est même encouragée dans ce même README.

Là je crois que c'est clair. Dès que l'on distribue du logiciel libre, qu'il soit modifié ou non on est tenu de fournir les sources, je me trompe ?
