Il y a tout de même un truc, la Corée du Nord, ça pèse rien face à la Chine. Ok, ils sont alliés, mais tout de même, la Chine va avoir de plus en plus intéret à ce que le régime nord coréen se modernise un jour ou l'autre .... La modernisation est, je pense, la seule chose qui permettrait à la Corée du Nord de survivre. Là, on a l'impression d'un mourrant qui refuse de se soigner malgrès el fait qu'il va de plus en plus mal ....
