J'ai enfin la solution !!! (je l'avais eue a l'epoque, mais je l'avais oubliee....  ).
Il faut:
1) Travailler au profil standard (sRGB IEC 61966-2-1) dans Nikon NX2 (mais le profile Nikon sRGB 4.0.02 marche aussi).
2) Lors de la sauvegarde, il faut cocher "Incorporer le profile de couleur ICC".
3) Il faut rentrer dans les options de Firefox (about:config) et changer la gestion de profils de couleur (gfx.color_management.mode) en le passant a "1":
