After carefully evaluating your request, we regret to inform you that your product is already outside the warranty period, and we are unable to proceed with a warranty claim. Since we do not have official repair centers, we could not provide you with an alternative solution at this time."
 
En gros, garantie de 2 ans, et impossible de faire réparer quoi que ce soit (de toutes façons, je pense que hormis remplacer tout le revêtement, ce n'était pas jouable).
