Hi, all, I live in a little village near Spain, in france, but i dont speak french soy I have a big problem to find a good internet provider. I have france telecom atm, but I have quite a high ping, so I was thinking of getting in touch with numericable. Could someone help me? We could speak via hotmail better. Thanks
